📋 Description

• Design and execute manual and automated tests to validate functionality in Dynamics 365 CRM and web applications • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript) • Perform REST API testing using Postman and Swagger • Validate data in Dataverse, ensuring integrity and compliance • Execute cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and responsive testing (desktop and mobile) • Evaluate performance and page load times • Track, document, and report defects clearly and accurately • Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to analyze requirements • Participate in sprints and Agile processes, maintaining effective communication with the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field • Experience in Quality Assurance/testing, including manual and automated testing • Advanced proficiency in Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript) • Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse • Knowledge of Business Process Flows, Workflows, Plug-ins, and security rules • Experience testing REST APIs using Postman and Swagger • Experience with data migration, performance, regression, responsive, and cross-browser testing • Knowledge of defect tracking, quality reporting, and requirements analysis • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, communication, and teamwork
