📋 Description

• Prepare new projects based on approved briefs • Set up projects, pipelines, tasks and statuses in relevant systems • Apply agreed target groups, criteria and categories • Prepare approved outreach sequences and templates • Execute approved outreach campaigns via LinkedIn Recruiter RPS+ and email • Personalise messages and perform pre-send quality checks • Review LLM, matching-system and automated-workflow outputs against original data • Identify unsupported or fabricated information and correct, reject or escalate insufficient outputs • Triage and classify inbound candidate and stakeholder responses • Route responses correctly and escalate exceptions promptly • Produce and maintain internal handover notes, pipeline status records and process templates • Support role spotlights, hidden job posts and project-related LinkedIn posts • Adapt existing information for different formats and schedule or publish approved content • Document recurring operational issues and identify unnecessary manual steps • Suggest improvements to templates, prompts and checklists • Help transfer successful practices across projects • Maintain data integrity across pipelines and act as a quality gate for AI-generated content and matching outputs • Remove execution burden from Project Managers and ensure reliable, high-quality managed hiring delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to execute and prioritise multiple recurring operational tasks within a defined process structure, surfacing blockers without waiting to be prompted • Proven attention to data and documentation quality, including producing, updating, and checking structured records, logs, or handover materials to a consistent standard • Experience evaluating content or results against defined criteria, such as reviewing AI-generated text, automated recommendations, or matched outputs for accuracy, fit, or completeness • Experience managing records across a pipeline, case management system, ATS, or CRM, maintaining completeness and catching errors • Practical experience running outreach or messaging campaigns via LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or a comparable enterprise outreach tool, including personalisation and quality checks • Ability to read, sort, and route inbound responses or requests according to a classification scheme, with appropriate escalation of edge cases • Direct experience operating a LinkedIn Recruiter RPS+ enterprise seat is desirable • Prior use of Recruitee as an ATS for pipeline data entry or reporting is desirable • Experience scheduling and publishing digital content via a scheduling or publishing tool is desirable • Exposure to enterprise AI or LLM tooling in a professional or academic context, beyond personal use of consumer chatbots, is desirable • Relevant experience may come from project assistance or coordination, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Customer Support, Trust and Safety, Research, Data Quality, Quality Assurance, Content or Community Operations, Case Management, Recruiting Coordination, Active Sourcing, or digital administration • Working student roles, internships and practical personal projects may provide a strong foundation • No specific degree or fixed years of experience are required • German language at least B2 level • English language at least C1 level
