📋 Description

• Provide legal support across core legal areas, including commercial and government contracting • Independently manage a defined scope of legal work • Serve as a primary legal partner to internal stakeholders for day-to-day matters • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and government contracts and proposals • Ensure alignment with Company standards and guidance • Perform general BPI work related to contracting and assistance with CLM maintenance • Support M&A and corporate initiatives • Perform related legal work, including internal initiatives and risk mitigation support • Exercise independent judgment on standard and moderately complex legal matters

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. Degree required • Admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction required; PA admission or eligibility preferred • Minimum 5–7 years of professional legal experience (a combination of law firm, in-house, or government experience preferred) • Working knowledge of healthcare, Medicaid, and regulatory frameworks relevant to Company services • Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts • Exposure to M&A or corporate transactions preferred but not required
