It integrates payroll, HR, benefits administration, talent management, workforce management (time and attendance, scheduling), and related workforce processes into a single SaaS application aimed at business customers.

📋 Description

• Responsible for advising on a broad range of legal issues • Reviews, drafts, negotiates, and advises on a wide range of contracts • Partners with multi-functional transactional teams on company policy, process, and procedure development and legal compliance • Assists internal and external legal counsel with providing guidance on legal matters • Supports pre- and post-close merger and acquisition activity • Reviews and revises internal legal policies, processes, and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school is required • Member in good standing of at least one State Bar or the District of Columbia State Bar is required • Experience in employment law and/or mergers and acquisitions practice • Experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts is preferred • Two (2) or more years’ related work experience
