📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical and strategic expertise in Healthcare Finance and Medicaid Services • Analyze policy guidance and develop financial analyses • Advise on program design and implementation strategies for Medicaid Financing programs • Serve as lead subject-matter expert across multiple client engagements • Partner with client teams to drive high-impact outcomes • Contribute to business development through scoping, proposals, and sales conversations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Public Health, Health Administration • Advanced degree in related field preferred • 15+ years combined experience in public healthcare policy management or healthcare consulting with a strong sales component • Expertise in actuarial, rate setting, hospital finance, value-based care budgeting, or Medicare • Proven experience in public health financing and policy advocacy • Experience working with lobbyists, government relations staff, and senior state or hospital officials preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
