📋 Description
• Verantwortung für eine korrekte und termingerechte Entgeltabrechnung im Team • Unterstützung bei komplexen Fragen zur Entgeltabrechnung • Überwachung gesetzlicher Änderungen im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht • Beratung von Mitarbeitenden und externen Stellen zu abrechnungsrelevanten Themen • Unterstützung des Accounting bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen • Erstellung von Reports und Statistiken zur Datenqualität • Mitgestaltung der Inhouse-Payroll und kontinuierliche Prozessentwicklung
🎯 Requirements
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung beziehungsweise Payroll • Sicher im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Accounting oder Verständnis für Abschlussprozesse • Zahlenaffinität, analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise • Eigenverantwortlich, präzise und lösungsorientiert • Diskrete und zuverlässige Handhabung sensibler Personaldaten • Kommunikationsstärke und serviceorientierte Kommunikation • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV und Microsoft Excel
