📋 Description

• Develop strategic portfolio management approaches for semiconductor product families• Create innovative methodologies for optimizing product mix and lifecycle timing• Define portfolio governance frameworks that support business objectives• Establish portfolio analytics and decision support systems• Lead architectural decisions that impact multiple product generations and market segments• Direct complex product lifecycle activities across multiple product lines• Establish advanced lifecycle management methodologies and tools• Develop optimization approaches that balance multiple competing business constraints• Create product transition strategies that minimize business disruption• Establish portfolio performance metrics and evaluation methodologies• Provide expert guidance on product lifecycle management across the organization• Resolve critical product transition challenges that span multiple product lines• Contribute significantly to business strategy and market planning• Represent product management in senior leadership forums• Make portfolio decisions with company-wide implications• Establish lifecycle management integration with corporate business systems• Create frameworks for synchronizing portfolio decisions across the organization• Develop validation approaches for measuring lifecycle management effectiveness• Direct product qualification strategies that meet market requirements• Pioneer new methodologies for managing advanced semiconductor portfolios• Lead product lifecycle initiatives that span multiple organizational boundaries• Influence cross-functional strategic decisions through portfolio expertise• Resolve complex interdependencies between business units• Drive alignment between product capabilities and market requirements• Establish collaboration frameworks across organizational boundaries• Mentor management staff on advanced product lifecycle principles• Lead knowledge development for next-generation portfolio management• Establish centers of excellence for product management disciplines• Guide professional development of technical specialists• Contribute to industry knowledge through papers, presentations, or standards participation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)• 8-12 years of experience in product lifecycle management, product engineering, or related role• Expert knowledge of portfolio management principles and practices• Extensive experience with advanced product lifecycle management methodologies• Proven track record of successful product portfolio optimizations• Demonstrated leadership on complex product management initiatives• Expert knowledge of product lifecycle management principles and portfolio optimization• Comprehensive technical understanding of semiconductor products and manufacturing processes• Mastery of portfolio analytics, lifecycle management systems, and decision support tools• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in strategic portfolio planning• Outstanding organizational and time management skills• Exemplary written and verbal communication abilities• Expert problem-solving capabilities with innovative approach• Comprehensive understanding of change management and business transformation• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional collaboration• Recognition as a technical authority in product management disciplines• Expert understanding of semiconductor technologies, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes• Ability to anticipate future technology trends and market evolution
