• Support the clinical and regulatory compliance of designated lines of business through project leadership • Provide technical oversight, risk identification, and mitigation • Create policies, procedures, and tools for implementation of recommendations • Develop metrics for monitoring program objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Master’s degree (Preferred) • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - State license - North Carolina or Virginia • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Multi State or Single State - North Carolina or Virginia • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - State license - North Carolina or Virginia • Registered Nurse (RN) - Multi State or Single State - North Carolina or Virginia • 1 year of quality, regulatory, compliance, accreditation, and/or auditing experience (Required) • Behavioral Health experience highly preferred • Health plan experience preferred.
