📋 Description

• Assess research feasibility and translate clinical questions into analytic plans • Extract, validate, and manage data from Epic, Databricks, and other sources • Perform data cleaning, quality assurance, and statistical analyses • Support IRB submissions and ensure compliance with data governance standards • Generate tables, figures, and visualizations for manuscripts and presentations • Collaborate with investigators on interpretation, abstracts, and dissemination

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of healthcare analytics or research experience • Strong SQL skills; experience with Excel, Databricks, Python, or R preferred • Knowledge of EHR data (Epic), clinical coding, and research methods • Experience with REDCap, IRB processes, and manuscript support preferred • Background in academic medicine or health system research preferred • Bachelor’s degree (Required) • Preferred field of study - bachelor’s degree in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, or related • Master’s Degree in a related field (Preferred)
