⢠Actively recruiting child care staff ⢠Managing and maintaining the interview process and onboarding staff ⢠Fulfilling talent management for Supply/On-Call Staff and Short to Long-Term Contract Staff ⢠Create recruitment posts once per week on Facebook, I.G. and Website ⢠Track ROI weekly ⢠Work with Marketing to boost Social Media posts, when needed ⢠Research suitable groups, blogs, and websites for posting ⢠Monitor the e-Orientation site and ensure targets are met ⢠Motivate candidates to complete the course
đŻ Requirements
⢠6+ months of experience working in a recruiter role ⢠Post secondary education equivalent to a diploma or degree in HR or a related field ⢠Mass recruitment experience is an asset ⢠Ability to network in areas of need, including colleges, community & employment centres ⢠Positive Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) is required ⢠Competency using technology, both computers and mobile Apps ⢠Experience and ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands ⢠Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under tight deadlines and pressure ⢠A dynamic individual with a natural drive to achieve goals
