• Conduct outbound prospecting activities including phone calls, emails, social media outreach, and follow-up communication • Identify and qualify prospective customers within targeted vertical markets • Schedule meetings and introductory calls for Sr. Director of Strategic Accounts • Research target accounts, decision makers, and industry trends • Maintain accurate activity tracking and opportunity updates within CRM systems • Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams on outreach campaigns and messaging • Support strategic market expansion initiatives across Banking, Multifamily, CRE, Health Care, and other commercial verticals • Develop a strong understanding of Keynetics USA solutions and market positioning • Meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation goals
• 1–2 years of sales, customer service, business development, or related professional experience preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospective customers • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Strong written communication and follow-up skills • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems is a plus • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
