📋 Description

• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives • Evaluate product performance and outcomes to guide future iterations • Own, manage, define, and prioritize the product backlog • Balance business value, technical constraints, risk, and delivery effort in prioritization decisions • Elicit, analyze, and document business needs through workshops, interviews, and data analysis • Identify gaps, dependencies, and cross-system impacts • Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications • Validate requirements with technical teams and support solution design • Facilitate alignment and decision-making across engineering, design, QA, data, and operations • Support sprint planning, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement • Participate in testing, coordinate UAT, and manage release readiness • Gather user feedback to inform product improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or closely related role in a technology-driven or digital product environment • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban software development lifecycles • Experience working closely with cross-functional agile teams • Strong experience in requirements analysis, writing user stories, and process modeling • Conceptual understanding of APIs, data flows, and system behaviors • Experience using metrics, KPIs, and data insights for decision-making • Focus on outcomes, customer value, and trade-offs between scope, time, cost, and quality • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish
