• Design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions using Microsoft Fabric • Create and manage data models to support analytics and reporting • Develop and optimize ETL processes to ensure data quality and consistency • Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions • Monitor and optimize data pipelines and workflows for performance • Document integration processes and architectures for compliance and reusability • Apply data governance and best practices in all solutions • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data integration and performance
• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, including work with Microsoft Fabric • Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, or C# • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and related data services • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts within the Microsoft ecosystem • Experience with version control systems (Git) • Strong communication skills for collaboration across teams • Advanced Oral English • Native Spanish • Desired: Experience with Power BI for reporting and visualization • Desired: Knowledge of machine learning frameworks • Desired: Familiarity with CI/CD for data pipelines
