📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate technical initiatives focused on technical debt remediation • Ensure alignment with the client's technology standards, best practices, and compliance requirements • Contribute hands-on to implementation and problem-solving • Define and prioritize remediation activities with the team • Provide technical guidance and decision-making support • Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities • Work closely with stakeholders to clarify scope and expectations • Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement within the team • Collaborate with global teams on high-impact digital transformation projects

🎯 Requirements

• Technical debt remediation experience • Strong hands-on engineering and problem-solving capabilities • Technical leadership and decision-making experience • Stakeholder management and communication expertise • Risk and dependency management skills • Technical planning and prioritization proficiency • Knowledge of engineering standards, governance, and compliance • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) • DevOps and automation practices • Enterprise architecture knowledge • Agile/Scrum experience • Metrics and reporting skills • Coaching, mentoring, and change management capabilities • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish • Availability for US time with some overlap with GDS (India)
