• Responsible for recruiting for all Technical roles for Mexico and USA • Thinking outside of the box to find talent at every opportunity • Partnering with hiring managers on developing a strong candidate experience • Tailoring and posting job listings for open positions • Owning candidate experience -- guiding them through the hiring process
• Bachelor's degree required • 2-5 years of experience working in full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions • Technical recruiting background preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish) • Knowledgeable in various recruiting platforms and e-recruitment tools
• Willing to have a base salary and above the market commissions • Willing to work for a startup company
