📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable full-stack applications using Java technologies • Implement backend logic and integrate with Oracle and DB2 relational databases • Develop and manage API integrations for seamless data flow between systems • Design and maintain message brokering systems using tools such as MQ for reliable asynchronous communication • Use Maven and Eclipse IDE to streamline development workflows • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative development and continuous improvement • Collaborate within an international network of expertise on complex engineering challenges

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience in Full Stack Java development • Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Database and/or IBM DB2 • Demonstrated experience implementing message brokers such as IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ • Proficiency with the Spring framework or similar enterprise Java frameworks • Extensive experience with Eclipse IDE and Maven or other build automation tools • Strong understanding and practical experience designing, developing, and consuming APIs • Proven experience working within an Agile software development methodology • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants is desired • High-performance mindset, including resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering
