📋 Description

• Own the full software engineering lifecycle from design and development through deployment, monitoring, and production maintenance • Collaborate with PMs, designers, and cross-functional teams to refine feature requirements • Lead architectural decisions for scalable, maintainable solutions • Establish monitoring, alerting, and support processes • Mentor and guide junior developers • Participate in code reviews focused on quality, security, and performance • Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident response • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, Flask, FastAPI, AWS, Angular, and SQL databases • Optimize application performance and resolve complex technical issues • Monitor industry trends and advocate for beneficial emerging technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience • Proven track record of end-to-end feature ownership and delivery in production environments • Familiarity with modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions • Experience managing development and operational aspects of software • Focus on performance, reliability, and scalability • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Proactive mindset for identifying improvements, optimizations, and innovations • Prior senior-role experience mentoring or guiding team members • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Right to work in the jurisdiction where the candidate will work
