• Título universitario requerido • +5 años de experiencia en reclutamiento de ciclo completo • +2 años de experiencia liderando reclutadores de TI • Experiencia en reclutamiento técnico preferido • Conocimiento en KPIs de reclutamiento • Habilidades organizativas notables • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal (inglés y español) • Conocimiento en plataformas de reclutamiento y herramientas de e-reclutamiento • Fuerte trabajo en equipo
