• Provide IT Services & Technical recruiting services • Help support the development of Global IT headhunting teams • Partner with hiring managers to build creative strategies • Responsible for front cycle recruiting and staffing needs • Track down & engage IT talent across North America and LATAM • Develop strategic sourcing strategies that excite talented people • Work closely with marketing to drive engagement • Manage all social media channels to attract candidates • Pre-screen potential candidates and drive successful hiring campaigns
🎯 Requirements
• Great people who want to be part of great teams! • Fresher sourcing across North America, working for a Recruitment Agency, RPO, or internally • Possess a hunters mentality • Demonstrate a Sales and Marketing mindset • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish (Desired)) • Strong sense of responsibility • Strong teamwork and ability to welcome differences • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail
