📋 Description

• Design and deliver sophisticated solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities to meet dynamic business needs • Lead complex, multi-stream projects across global teams through matrix leadership and influence • Present strategies to stakeholders and translate highly technical solutions into measurable business value • Support and execute M&A integrations within existing Salesforce ecosystems • Evaluate, deploy, and manage third-party AppExchange solutions to enhance platform functionality

🎯 Requirements

• Active Salesforce Administrator certification (required) • Active Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification (required) • Strong, hands-on experience with CPQ and RCA implementations • Proven understanding of system integrations, ETL processes, and BI tools • Hands-on experience with data management, including data loads, mapping templates, and advanced Excel models • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish • Experience building or supporting AI-driven or agentic solutions • Exposure to Salesforce Mobile capabilities • Experience with PSA tools (e.g., FinancialForce) and Order Management systems • Familiarity with content management platforms (e.g., Seismic) • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence (matrix leadership)
