📋 Description

• Serve as the main operational contact and Primary Point of Contact for SAP AMS Functional regarding delivery topics, issues, and concerns • Act as the primary escalation point for tickets, delivery quality, governance, and operational risks • Empower the delivery team to achieve high-quality deliverables while maintaining alignment with SAP AMS process requirements • Ensure target service levels (SLAs/KPIs) are met and contractual commitments are fulfilled

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven SAP AMS service management experience • At least 5+ years of proven experience as an SAP consultant in modules such as Logistics (SD, PP, MM, EWM, etc.), FI-CO, or SuccessFactors • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish
