📋 Description

• Provide production support for SAP payroll solutions • Configure SAP HCM Payroll • Troubleshoot payroll calculation issues • Analyze payroll posting, payroll results, payroll control records, and payroll clusters • Configure wage types and support retroactive accounting • Integrate Employee Central with Employee Central Payroll • Work directly with customers • Support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an SAP HCM Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant • Experience providing production support for payroll solutions • Hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll configuration • Experience troubleshooting payroll calculation issues • Experience working directly with customers • SAP HCM Payroll • Employee Central Payroll (ECP) • Payroll Schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) • Payroll Control Record • Payroll Posting and Payroll Results analysis • Wage Type configuration • Payroll retroactive accounting • Payroll Cluster analysis • Integration between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll • Fluent English (spoken and written) • Strong experience with SAP HCM Payroll • Solid knowledge of Mexican Payroll • Production support experience • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills • Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation experience • Preferred: ABAP debugging knowledge • Preferred: Payroll experience in the United States and/or Canada • Preferred: Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central integration • Preferred: Knowledge of Payroll Posting to Finance • SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM certifications are desirable • Candidates must be located in Mexico
