📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Employee Central projects from discovery through deployment and support • Coordinate and manage development resources, assign tasks, and provide guidance and mentorship • Own end-to-end application delivery in collaboration with Project Managers, QA resources, and Support Teams • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations • Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to understand business requirements, HR processes, and reporting needs • Analyze and document client requirements and translate them into system specifications and design documents • Advise clients on best practices, change management, and system adoption • Design Employee Central solutions covering organizational management, employee data, workflows, business rules, and security settings • Manage, negotiate, and resolve project risks and complex issues to prevent escalations • Create an open, honest, accountable, and collaborative team environment

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of application services and/or client/supplier relationship management experience in a technology environment • 5+ years of experience building application extensions in SAP BTP • Experience developing, deploying, and managing applications on SAP BTP in Neo and Cloud Foundry environments • Proficiency with SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) and Node.js/Java • Experience integrating applications with SAP and non-SAP systems • Experience developing complex database models, stored procedures, and views using SAP HANA Cloud and SAP HANA 2.0 in XSC and XSA environments • Experience with advanced analytics and HANA database performance tuning • Experience with HANA Data Provisioning tools, including SDI and SDA • Experience designing and building custom SuccessFactors extensions using SAP BTP and SAP Cloud SDK • Experience integrating SuccessFactors with external systems through OData APIs and SuccessFactors Metadata Framework (MDF) • Experience with SuccessFactors Business Rules Engine, Workflows, and UI5/Fiori applications • Experience implementing OAuth2, SAML, JWT, and other security protocols • Knowledge of SAP security best practices and S/4HANA extensions using SAP Fiori/UI5 • End-to-end understanding of the IT life cycle, including pipeline, resource, demand, project delivery, and financial processes • Strong business analysis experience and basic data modelling understanding • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the distinction between coding and engineering • Degree in Computer Science and/or a business-related degree, or equivalent work experience (desired) • Significant customer service and business management experience (desired) • Professional services industry experience (desired) • SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, or SAP Certified Professional – Solution Architect – SAP BTP certification (desired) • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants (desired) • Fluent English speaker required • Advanced Spanish
