🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales roles within IT staffing, recruitment, or technology-based services in Mexico. • Proven ability to engage with C-level and senior stakeholders in Mexican enterprises or multinational companies. • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. • Familiarity with Mexico’s IT market, nearshore outsourcing models, and local labor trends. • Proficiency in managing complex sales cycles and balancing multiple client engagements.
