📋 Description

• Design and develop Test Data Management (TDM) solutions for enterprise applications • Develop self-service test data provisioning utilities using Java, Groovy, or Python • Implement data discovery, masking, subsetting, synthetic data generation, and data validation processes • Support test data requests, refresh activities, and test data governance • Develop SQL queries and API validations to ensure data quality and accuracy • Create and maintain Gold Copy databases and data provisioning frameworks • Collaborate with QA, Development, and DevOps teams to enable efficient testing • Execute Mainframe JCL batch job create extracts and push them to Managed File Transfer (MFT) • Automate API or UI workflows to condition test data per requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Provisioning, Mainframe JCL, ETL, and Test Data Automation • Strong hands-on experience with GenRocket or Informatica TDM / similar TDM tools • Strong programming skills in Core Java, Groovy, or Python • Proven expertise in SQL, ETL, RDBMS, and Cloud Data Sources • Experience with Data Masking and Synthetic Data Generation processes • Working knowledge of REST APIs • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering • Advanced Oral English • Advanced Spanish
