📋 Description

• Define and evolve the company’s technical vision in alignment with Series’ AI-first product strategy. • Establish scalable architecture and engineering practices that support rapid experimentation and long-term growth. • Act as a technical thought partner to the CEO and executive team. • Lead, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary engineering organization through strong technical leadership layers. • Partner closely with Product, Design, and Operations leadership to align technical execution with product goals. • Drive adoption of modern AI tools and workflows across engineering and adjacent disciplines. • Improve engineering processes, planning, and delivery predictability.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including senior leadership roles. • Proven experience leading engineering teams through growth and organizational scaling. • Strong track record as a people manager and organizational builder, not solely a technical IC. • Experience operating as a strategic technology leader within startup or high-growth environments. • Clear point of view on how AI will transform software and content creation workflows. • Experience introducing modern tooling, processes, or platform shifts that materially improved team effectiveness. • Strong communication skills and ability to align technical and non-technical audiences. • Comfort working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment with evolving priorities.
