📋 Description
• Atuar de forma estratégica e operacional na condução de carteiras de recuperação de crédito ativo. • Elaborar estratégias jurídicas para aumento da recuperação de valores e redução de perdas financeiras. • Atuar em execuções, cumprimentos de sentença, ações monitórias, ações de cobrança. • Realizar análises processuais complexas e emitir pareceres jurídicos. • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, metas e resultados das carteiras.
🎯 Requirements
• Pós Graduação • Mestrado • MBA • Experiência com recuperação de crédito ativo • Conduzir processos judiciais e extrajudiciais
