• Technical drafting of defenses, appeals, and reply briefs. • Analysis of supporting materials and application of specific legal theories. • Meeting deadlines with a focus on speed and technical quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience: Prior practice in high-volume Civil Litigation and Banking Law. • Excellence in drafting: Command of formal written language, clarity in argumentation, and ability to synthesize. • Operational profile: Ability to produce pleadings quickly without compromising quality. • Soft skills: Good communication, proactivity, and ability to learn quickly to adapt to the firm’s legal theses. • Personal token (digital certificate) for access to court systems.
