📋 Description
• Represent clients in strategic negotiations • Manage communications via email and other channels • Maintain and update the client’s and firm’s systems • Use Excel to track and monitor matters • Work with electronic court systems to consult and monitor case status • Perform other tasks related to the practice area.
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree and active registration with the OAB • Familiarity with court electronic systems • Proficiency in Excel • Strong communication and argumentation skills • Organized, proactive, and committed to the work • Experience in negotiation within credit recovery is a plus.
