📋 Description
• Drafting defenses (answers); • Drafting simple and intermediate petitions/pleadings; • Monitoring and managing procedural deadlines; • Organizing dockets and tasks in the internal system; • Reviewing cases and documentation to prepare legal filings.
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree with active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration; • Experience in Civil Procedure; Banking Law is a plus; • Experience in the banking sector / mass litigation; • Organized, agile, and responsible with deadlines; • Availability for production-based assignments.
