📋 Description
• Analyze judicial and administrative proceedings. • Develop and refine legal arguments and theories. • Validate procedural filings drafted by other colleagues. • Draft procedural filings of medium and high complexity. • Ensure the technical quality of legal submissions. • Support the team in defining litigation strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree (LL.B./J.D. or equivalent). • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). • Experience in mass litigation. • Experience with consumer finance disputes. • Knowledge of litigation strategies and drafting legal theories. • Analytical ability and attention to detail.
