📋 Description

• Conduct asset investigations to locate debtors' assets (real estate, vehicles, financial assets); • Analyze corporate structures, balance sheets and records to identify fraud and asset concealment; • Prepare detailed investigation reports to support legal strategy; • Assist in drafting litigation documents, such as enforcement petitions and motions to compel disclosure of confidential records; • Collaborate with the legal team, providing strategic information for asset recovery.

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of a law degree; • Prior experience in asset investigations or debt recovery, preferably at financial institutions or law firms; • In-depth knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, with a focus on enforcement proceedings and fraud against creditors; • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; • Proactive, ethical, and able to work independently.
