📋 Description

• Control of requests, returns and exchanges of laptops - via internal system (4Biz) • Control of requests, returns and exchanges of mobile phones - via internal system (4Biz) • Approval and recording of expense reimbursements • Entry of pre-invoice in the management system (Totvs) • Control and posting by cost center for allocation of credit card charges, travel (tickets and accommodation), and purchases • Requesting and purchasing travel tickets and accommodation - in accordance with company policy • Maintenance and repairs for all branches • Procurement of hygiene, cleaning materials and supplies for all branches • Control and tracking of company assets via system (Totvs) • Control and monitoring of material inventory (cleaning, office, hygiene)
