📋 Description

• As the administrator for TI applications, you are the primary contact for managing and developing our Telematics Infrastructure (TI). • With your expertise you ensure our systems run securely and efficiently. • You will also manage our ticketing system, optimize internal processes, and support the implementation of IT security standards in accordance with ISO 27001 and BSI IT-Grundschutz. • In close collaboration with our team and external partners, you will make a decisive contribution to the seamless integration and professional maintenance of our solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or an equivalent qualification • Experience working with TI applications, connectors, and card terminals • Practical experience with ticketing systems and their requirements • Solid knowledge of ISO 27001 and BSI IT-Grundschutz • Structured working style and strong problem-solving skills • Excellent German (C2) and good English skills
