📋 Description

• Support sales efforts in client-facing meetings and calls by leading custom product demonstrations • Manage, train, and coach a team of Solutions Engineers, including Enterprise level SEs • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering leaders to implement new processes • Measure and hold accountable SE team to performance standards • Identify and institute processes to reduce onboarding rejection rate and improve sales close rate • Review demos, provide feedback and enforce demo quality standards for SEs • Report to Sr. Management on operational and financial KPIs • Conduct weekly 1:1s with each SE • Collaborate cross-functionally with Pro Sales and Enterprise teams to quickly address challenges • Marry technical expertise, product knowledge, and industry knowledge with Sales Acumen to help close business and educate customers • Understand Product Roadmap and communicate upcoming releases and implications to business owner • Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams and relay info to Sales Team • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 Years in Solutions Engineer Role at a SaaS company • 1-2 Years in a Management Role preferred • Proven track record of success at previous companies • Experience and familiarity of our products and line of business a plus
