📋 Description

• Own the feature roadmap and delivery for production workflows in the Exteriors segment. • Map the end-to-end workflow of enterprise customers to identify friction points, inefficiencies, and gaps that create rework, delays, or lost revenue. • Lead customer discovery and market research to build deep fluency in how exteriors businesses actually operate. • Translate complex, multi-step field operations into intuitive product experiences that work for office and field staff. • Partner with engineering and design to ship AI-powered features — including intelligent recommendations, automated workflows and agentic first experiences — that measurably reduce manual work for operators at scale. • Define, track, and communicate success metrics tied to efficiency gains, adoption, and customer outcomes. • Work across engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to align on advanced AI solutions and ship features that drive measurable business value for customers. • Identify, track, and resolve cross-team dependencies before they become blockers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in B2B SaaS. • Experience owning operational, workflow, or field-service products. • Experience serving construction, trades, or service businesses is a big plus. • Sharp instincts for workflow analysis: you can walk through how a business operates, spot where things break down, and design solutions that actually fit the job. • Ability to balance complex operational realities with a relentless focus on simplicity and ease of use. • Data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making, with the ability to define outcomes and measure impact. • Strong communication and stakeholder skills—you can bring clarity to complex problems and generate alignment across stakeholders. • Self-starter mentality: you take initiative, operate with ownership and urgency when necessary.
