• Own the execution and delivery of key Fintech programs — ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact. • Partner with Product and Engineering to define clear success criteria, program milestones, and KPIs tied to customer and business outcomes. • Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs, ensuring decisions are data-driven and surfaced early to maintain program predictability. • Drive visibility and accountability through clear reporting, dashboards, and communication across leadership and stakeholders. • Collaborate with GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth launches, adoption readiness, and outcome tracking. • Continuously improve execution processes, streamlining how teams plan, deliver, and measure success across programs. • Champion alignment and trust, ensuring all teams stay focused on outcomes that drive measurable business and customer value.
• 3–5 years of technical program management experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments, with a proven ability to deeply understand business context and deliver high-impact outcomes through strong cross-functional coordination, strategic planning, and effective resource management. • Familiarity with Fintech domains such as Payments, Payables, and Financing, with demonstrated ability to apply business insights to drive execution and measurable results. • Proven success in delivering complex, cross-functional programs with measurable business impact. • Strong technical acumen and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and product leaders. • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and program dashboards. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and connect execution to outcomes. • A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on driving clarity, accountability, and results.
