📋 Description

• Design, analyze and develop systems • Gather requirements and business rules • Map processes and model data • Apply quality standards to routines and processes and assess the impact of changes • Ensure system integrity • Plan projects, operations and releases • Document routines, processes, manuals and operational procedures, with follow-up and validation • Monitor and pursue improvements for systems in development • Perform necessary maintenance • Analyze IT service provider organizations to measurably improve their ability to deliver products and services • Work on support, application performance, software engineering quality and systems testing • Produce documentation analysis of system functionalities and assign projects to the programmers responsible for implementation • Mentor less-experienced developers to ensure quality and project progress

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Full-Stack analyst and programmer • Proficiency in Delphi, Microsoft .NET C#, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript and SQL Server • Proficiency in Materialize, Angular, React, React Native, Flutter, Bootstrap and Flask • Knowledge of object-oriented programming, UML and design patterns • Degree in Systems Analysis, Data Processing, Computer Science or Computer Engineering • Self-directed, with a continuous improvement mindset • Adaptable and interested in working in Scrum teams • Good communication, patience with users, collaborative and proactive attitude
