📋 Description
• Carry out post-hire return inspections, testing, and recertification of offshore containers and lifting sets as a designated person of competence • Undertake preventative maintenance tasks on CCUs to maintain asset functionality and aesthetics • Support CCM by maintaining fleet availability targets • Cycle count fleet and consumable stock levels • Liaise with vendors to prioritize asset repairs and refurbishment according to planned objectives • Return inspect assets upon return from hire • Perform 12-month visual inspection certification of CCUs and slings • Perform 6-month sling inspections and colour coding • Record defects and fleet grade in the Taghub system • Grease hinges and lashing points • Prepare and touch up exposed metal surfaces • Replace asset decals • Remove damaged slings and shackles from CCUs and fit replacements • QC check assets returned from repair or refurbishment • Complete asset dispatch checklists
