📋 Description

• Conduct prospecting through various channels (phone calls, emails, social media) to identify potential customers. • Qualify leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and schedule sales appointments for the sales team. • Respond quickly to inbound inquiries (form fills, chat, calls, demo requests) • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and educate them on our product offerings. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, tracking all interactions in CRM software (Salesforce). • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead-generation campaigns and strategies. • Assist in the development of sales materials and presentations. • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in an SDR, sales or customer-facing role (preferred) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong ability to engage and build relationships with potential customers • Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets • Strong organizational and time management skills • Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, GovSpend) • Knowledge of AI and data management platforms (preferred) • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing) or equivalent experience.
