• Manage full-cycle executive searches for C-suite roles (CEO, CFO, CTO, COO, CRO, CISO, and similar) • Develop and execute customized search strategies for each engagement • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and board committees • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber executive and board-level candidates • Cultivate long-term relationships with passive candidates and industry leaders • Conduct rigorous candidate evaluations, including competency-based interviews • Present comprehensive candidate profiles and recommendations to stakeholders • Stay current on industry trends
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in executive recruitment • Demonstrated expertise recruiting within the Banking, FinTech, and/or Technology industries • Deep understanding of executive compensation structures • Strong research and sourcing capabilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish • Based in Bogotá, Colombia with the ability to work remotely
