📋 Description

• Set up, QA, and launch A/B tests across Marketplace features, ensuring correct targeting, variants, and tracking • Monitor running tests, flag issues early, and call results once statistically significant • Maintain a single source of truth for every test, including launch status, audience, and learnings • Create and manage placements, promotions, coupons, and offers across the Sezzle app • Set up and manage cashback programs in internal admin tools • Onboard online stores into the marketplace and activate their store domains • Maintain mappings of user and merchant segments to features, placements, and offers • Run QA audits, resolve user-reported issues and broken links, and set up alerts • Benchmark the shopping experience against competitors and propose new placements, deals, and offers • Document test plans, results, and processes, and identify workflows suitable for AI automation • Report to the Product Manager for Marketplace and collaborate with product, engineering, data, design, and partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field • 1 to 3+ years of experience in operations, experimentation, or product analytics • Highly organized and able to run many tests and workstreams simultaneously • Clear written and verbal communication in English • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with SQL and dashboards; able to interpret A/B test results, including lift, significance, and sample size • Comfortable in a fast-changing environment where priorities shift • Detail-oriented with a QA mindset • Daily user of Claude or a similar AI tool, with demonstrated use for data analysis, query writing, documentation, and workflow automation • Experience with A/B testing or feature flag tools such as Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, Statsig, or Firebase is nice to have • Experience with affiliate, cashback, or advertising partnerships is nice to have • Experience with Jira and Confluence is nice to have • Experience with mobile apps and product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel is nice to have
