📋 Description

• Act as the primary communication point between talent hired on client engagements and internal Toptal stakeholders. • Independently manage communication through various channels to ensure seamless interactions and information sharing. • Follow up with talent on assigned accounts to understand project status. • Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. • Proactively prevent disputes and share relevant updates with stakeholders. • Manage and execute tasks associated with assigned accounts to ensure smooth operations and job performance. • Maintain proactive, timely communication with the team via Slack or Zoom during designated working hours. • Organize and update process guidelines for team reference. • Assist in onboarding new team members. • Support ad-hoc strategic projects as needed. • Complete onboarding, learn Toptal’s culture, tools, processes, reporting mechanisms, and platform. • Progress from supported task execution to independently executing assigned-account tasks. • Contribute to strategies using discretion and independent judgment. • Become an integral part of the Matching team’s success and a subject matter expert on the role.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required. • 2-3+ years of experience in coordination, operations support, or customer support roles. • Excellent written and oral communication and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. • Self-starter able to manage own workflow, tasks, and assigned accounts. • Ability to work independently at a high professional level with limited supervision. • Ability to follow processes expertly and make decisions according to guidelines. • Adaptability and ability to learn and adapt to change quickly. • Willingness to collaborate, share knowledge, and learn from teammates. • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs for data processing and presentation. • Experience analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and translating data into actionable insights is a plus. • Proactively identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and increased efficiency. • Project management experience or technical background is advantageous. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company and handle varied challenges, deadlines, and contacts. • Must be a world-class individual contributor. • Resumes and communication must be submitted in English. • No visa sponsorship or assistance is offered.
