• Own the merchant-facing surfaces of our platform across the US and Canada • Manage merchant sign-up, sign-in, and the merchant dashboard • Work with Sales and Business Development teams to enhance product experience • Manage merchant onboarding and payouts, including KYB collection and reconciliation • Use AI tools for drafting PRDs, user stories, and analyzing data
• 3–5 years of product management experience shipping B2B or merchant-facing software at a fintech, marketplace, payments, or SaaS company • Strong written and spoken English; comfortable leading conversations with US- and Canada-based stakeholders • Experience with at least one of: onboarding, dashboard or self-serve admin products, or payments and payouts • Familiarity with BNPL, lending, or payments products is a strong plus • Working comfort with SQL and the ability to read code (you don’t need to ship it, but you’ll read it) • Demonstrated track record of working with Sales and BD as primary commercial partners • Adept with AI tools as a daily driver, not a novelty — we encourage candidates to show off their AI workflows in our interview process.
