📋 Description

• Lead the preparation, monitoring, and optimization of the P&L, balance sheet, and direct and indirect cash flow statements • Monitor margins and conduct variance analysis • Develop executive reports, dashboards, and KPIs for Services/SaaS, runway, and working capital • Anticipate scenarios to support strategic decision-making by the CEO and leadership team • Oversee tax calculations, tax planning, ancillary tax obligations, and accounting close processes • Ensure tax, fiscal, and accounting compliance • Implement generative AI, automation, and digital solutions for accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation, billing, and predictive cash flow forecasting • Coordinate the annual budget, Budget vs. Actual analysis, and financial modeling for new projects • Conduct pricing analysis and assess investment scenarios for technology and headcount • Lead the working capital, investments, and fundraising strategy • Negotiate with banks, partners, and suppliers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; strong knowledge of CPC/IFRS and financial and economic concepts • Proven track record leading end-to-end finance and accounting operations in Technology, B2B Consulting, or Services companies • Hands-on profile, able to operate across both operational and strategic areas • Technologically fluent, including AI, with practical experience using AI tools for data analysis, process automation, and reporting • Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel/Google Sheets • Experience building dashboards in Power BI/Looker • Business acumen, analytical rigor, strong communication skills, and an ownership mindset • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, Tax Management, or Valuation is a plus • Active CRC registration or strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax routines is a plus • Experience with recurring revenue models (SaaS, Cloud, Managed Services) is a plus • Experience in corporate governance, external audit, or M&A is a plus
