📋 Description

• Lead SGA's FinOps practice by defining, implementing and continuously optimizing internal processes, policies and procedures to ensure scalability and alignment with market best practices. • Product and Go‑to‑Market Development: Design and package new FinOps-focused products, services and consulting offerings for SGA's portfolio. • Cost Management and Governance: Monitor, analyze and report cloud consumption and costs, identifying savings opportunities and preventing waste. • Cost Anomaly Analysis: Investigate cost anomalies and adjust thresholds when necessary. • Use of Artificial Intelligence: Apply and develop AI-driven routines to automate billing anomaly detection and generate strategic insights. • Strategic Partnership (Cross‑Team): Work hand-in-hand with TAMs and engineering teams to ensure technical architecture aligns with financial best practices. • FinOps Culture: Promote a culture of cloud financial responsibility across technical teams and clients, fostering transparency and ongoing training. • Reports and Dashboards: Develop and present executive ROI and TCO reports to C-level stakeholders, translating complex IT metrics into business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership and FinOps Experience: Proven track record in cloud cost management and preferably prior experience leading teams, squads or large FinOps initiatives. • Business and Product Mindset: Demonstrated ability to convert technical knowledge into value-added offerings and products for clients. • Multi‑Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of billing models, pricing calculators and native cost tools for Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence: Hands-on experience using AI to enhance data analysis, cross-reference billing data and automate operational routines. • Analytical and Data Skills: Strong command of data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) for building executive financial dashboards. • Leadership Soft Skills: Influential profile with excellent executive communication, negotiation skills and resilience to manage expectations of both clients and internal teams.
