📋 Description

• Coordinate activities across sites in Antwerp, Rotterdam, and Amsterdam • Act as the key link between customers and departments within the petroleum division • Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers • Proactively follow up on ongoing activities and respond to customer inquiries • Lead onboarding of new customers and launch of new assignments • Maintain frequent telephone contact and build professional customer relationships • Manage daily processing and planning of incoming customer orders • Translate customer orders into work instructions for surveyors and laboratory staff • Help ensure correct execution of work instructions • Verify outgoing customer reports and invoices • Collaborate with sales, inspection, laboratory, and other departments

🎯 Requirements

• Background in the petroleum industry and/or expertise in blending through relevant professional experience • Responsibility and customer focus • Ability to set priorities, work proactively, and take initiative • Service-oriented approach and practical problem-solving ability • Dynamic, driven, and flexible • Strong self-confidence and excellent communication skills • Perfect command of English • Knowledge of additional languages is an asset
