• Undertake fire risk assessments across commercial, industrial and public-sector environments • Identify hazards and provide practical recommendations to help clients manage fire safety responsibilities • Conduct fire risk assessments in accordance with current legislation, standards and best practice guidance • Identify and highlight fire safety risks • Provide clear recommendations and escalate high-risk concerns where appropriate • Produce, review and quality check detailed fire risk assessment reports
• Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment qualification • Registered with a recognised professional body - IFE / IFSM / FRACS • Full Driving License for use in the UK • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in Fire Risk Assessing • NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate (Desirable) • Strong technical knowledge • Excellent communication and customer service skills
