📋 Description

• Supervise the entire clinical efficacy department of IEC France and the consumer testing activity • Lead, motivate and support a team of Study Officers through hands-on management • Ensure the quality, regulatory compliance and scientific robustness of all studies conducted • Organize and coordinate efficacy trials carried out in France (Lyon, Saint-Étienne) and across IEC and SGS Group international subsidiaries; oversee consumer testing in France and IEC subsidiaries • Plan internal and external resources: suppliers, service providers and subcontractors • Manage the documental, technical and scientific aspects of studies, working closely with internal departments, subsidiaries and clients • Process, analyze and respond to requests for proposals • Provide precise, structured and reliable reporting to management and clients • Contribute to client satisfaction through proactive, instructive and solution-oriented communication • Draft, update and optimize the departments internal procedures • Perform necessary internal controls to ensure compliance, rigor and performance • Contribute to continuous process improvement and standardization of practices

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) or equivalent in a scientific field (biology, dermo-cosmetics, biomedical, etc.) • Approximately 7 years minimum experience in cosmetic clinical testing, particularly in efficacy studies • Proven experience in team management • Excellent level of scientific English (spoken and written) is mandatory for the role
