📋 Description
• Suivi des commandes clients : de la saisie à la livraison. • Gestion des devis, factures et relances. • Interface entre les clients, les commerciaux et les services internes (logistique, comptabilité…). • Mise à jour des bases de données clients et reporting des ventes. • Participation à l’amélioration des processus ADV. • Mise en place de campagnes de prospection.
🎯 Requirements
• A partir de Bac+2 en école de commerce, gestion, marketing. • Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel avancé, PowerPoint). • La maîtrise de l'anglais est un plus.
